I am pleased to announce that I have a gallery show coming up. It is going to be at the Peabody Public Library during the month of June. My images of machinery and of urban landscapes are going to be on display. I am working on getting a room for a reception at the library so friends, family and fans of my work can come by meet with me. More details to follow.

Arno Rafael Minkkinen
Thursday night I went to another lecture at the PRC to hear Arno Rafael Minkkinen speak. Those of you who do not know him, he is a photographer who inserts himself into the landscapes he is shooting. His work is fantastic. (I got a signed book out of the deal as well.) If you want to check out his work, click here.
Vincent Laforet
One of the instuctors from school showed me his work and I feel in love with it. I came accross his website again today and I am still amazed. (http://laforetvisuals.com) 3 images come to my mind that are fantaic.
-
A Top of the Empire State Building. (Not for anyone with a fear of heights.)
-
New York City Blackout Taken during a black out in 2003
-
Brooklyn cab- A picture of flatbush just after a snow storm.
All of these are arial images. When I hit the big time I plan on purchasing the Empire State Building image for the wall of my loft and/or studio.
Graveyard light

Here is a great example where light really makes the photograph. Is gives my image shadows and creates dimension.
Boston
Can a candid shop being any more awesome? There is no way this would have looked the same if I staged this.

My transfer to the new web server is almost done! My email is back! I have to wait a little longer for everything to be "officially" done.
